The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and automotive repair sales.
The Service Writer will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing technical advice and support.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Listen to customer needs and provide solutions to their problems.
Inspect vehicles for damage and make recommendations for repair or maintenance.
Write up estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
Provide customers with accurate cost estimates for services.
Keep accurate records of all services performed.
