Responsibilities
Need good communications skills to resolve issues and concerns of members. Will make follow up calls to patients regarding no show/cancelled appointments. Will send out welcome packets and recall letters. Will follow up with patients who have left the medical group and track and trend and share results with Operations. Prepare weekly and monthly reports of member complaints/resolutions. Works with Quality Coordinator/clinics to schedule services due in relations to HEDIS/5 Star. Will help coordinate a physician logistically for new members.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Healthcare Setting.2. Medical Terminology. 3. Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows products. 4. Good Communication both written and verbal. 5. Detail oriented and good organizational skills.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $16.00 to $24.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
