Partial list of Administrative Tasks Assisting in billing for our customers using QuickBooks Following up on interpreters and translators invoices and payments Informing our billing department of all translation and interpreting assignments Very organized Detail-oriented Professional Discreet with client info Willing to have credit and or background check Reliable Must be able to take initiative Software proficient--ability to use a wide variety of software MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
Know Quick Books and other programs but not necessarily a must.
