This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a full-time, daytime schedule from 8am to 5 pm that doesn't require late afternoon or evening availability.
Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
Maintain 30 billable hours per week Requirements Provide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings Join our team in the office!
