Responsibilities:
Assist the attorney with all aspects of case management.
Keeping cases organized.
Direct communication with clients from the beginning of their case to the end, including providing case status updates.
Communicate with insurance companies to open client claims, determine liability, and provide claim status updates.
Schedule and coordinate with clients and medical providers regarding clients' medical treatment.
Draft demand letters and legal documents to insurance companies with guidance and supervision from attorneys.
Direct negotiations with insurance companies regarding the value of your client's case.
