Some of the areas of accountability include:
Continually increase store revenue and portfolio balance on a monthly basis.
In addition, keeping 90 days or older delinquent accounts at a maximum of 15% on a monthly basis.
What skills and personality traits do we need from you? Customer service oriented Outgoing Previous sales experience Previous collections experience Highly organized, with a can do approach to challenging situations The ability to use MS word and excel and a willingness to learn new computer programs Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (some traveling will be required) We offer health insurance, paid time off, a 401(K) savings plan and great opportunities for advancement!
