22 PER HOUR Under the direction of the Food Services Supervisor II, plan, coordinate and schedule food services operations at the High School Snack Bar; prepare and serve meals and other food items; prepare and maintain required records and reports; train workers.
Minimum Qualifications Required to Apply Any combination equivalent to:
graduation from high school and two years of increasingly responsible food preparation experience in a school food program.

aspx Essential Duties Direct work assignments for assigned Food Service Assistants.
Plan, coordinate and participate in food preparation and serving duties at the High School Snack Bar.
Train and direct the performance of Food Service Assistants.
Order from the main cafeteria, food service supplies and assure an adequate inventory of need food and supplies.
Prepare and serve meals and other food items, including main dishes.
Prepare and maintain records and reports related to food services sales and inventory.
Assure proper maintenance of cafeteria equipment, utensils and facilities; clean and sanitize work and lunch areas according to health and safety regulations.
Operate commercial kitchen equipment and the SNAP system.
Maintain established food quality standards related to taste, appearance and good nutrition.
Collect money and transfer to main cafeteria.
Perform related duties as assigned.
