You are in charge of bringing the magic of our team to our customers.
As a customer service representative, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services Create a welcoming experience for our customers.
Be knowledgeable of products and services provided.
Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor your own progress and accurately prioritize tasks.
All other duties based on business needs.
