You will accomplish your objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, customer service, inventory control, staff utilization, pricing, merchandising & advertising.
You must have the utmost communication & organizational skills.
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take ownership.

Responsibilities:
Properly staffing the department, which includes hiring, training, motivating and monitoring the performance of all service staff.
Maintaining an orderly cohesive workplace.
Creating and overseeing an annual operating budget for the service department.
Working with the parts department and wholesale account representatives to ensure inventory is available when needed.
Establishing competitive pricing specifications in various categories while generating sufficient profits and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Reviewing sales figures and costs monthly to ensure budget benchmarks are met.
You are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Job Requirements At least 6 year of supervisory experience At least 6 year of experience in an automotive environment.
Sales experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Clean DMV Dealership Commitment:
