Document customer interactions accurately and maintain customer records.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to customers.
Meet individual and team performance goals to contribute to overall customer service objectives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Previous customer service experience in a retail or similar environment is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly.
Patient and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
