Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or complaints - Manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates - Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resolve any operational issues
Qualifications:
