00hr plus benefits! As a part of our continued growth, LKQ is seeking a Car Buyer to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the inbound flow of products to support the company's sales objectives.
To excel in this position, you must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, and be very organized in tasks.
The ideal candidate needs to be very goal-orientated and willing to work at a very fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy outlined in the job expectations.

Prepare, edit, scan, and submit purchase orders to vendors in a timely fashion by company targets and goals.
Monitor vendor back-orders and source products from alternate vendors as necessary.
Work with branch locations to ensure company goals are met concerning the company's receiving and put-away goals.
Monitor key data elements and notify appropriate personnel if discrepancies/anomalies are observed.
Initiate and support the continual improvement of LKQ's quality improvement system.
Assumes other duties as assigned Responsible for managing the inbound flow of products to support the company's sales objectives.

High School graduate or G.

equivalent desired.
Prior knowledge of automobiles or mechanics preferred Willingness to be trained and learn the company's products and procedures Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
