Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a childcare setting - Create and maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Change diapers and assist with potty training - Monitor children's behavior and address any behavioral issues that may arise - Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns Skills:
- Strong caregiving skills with a passion for working with children - Excellent classroom management abilities to ensure a structured and organized environment - Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or working with students is preferred - Ability to manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior management strategies - Good communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Note:
