Key deliverables will be invoices, team member accountability, office organization, ordering & maintaining uniform inventory, conversing with customers by phone and email, and communicating with our team on a daily basis.
This position reports directly to the HR Director and Executive Director of Operations.

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining team member uniform supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or Associate degree' Experience as an office assistant or in a related field Ability to write clearly and concisely Experience using Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs Strong communication skills Strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills Highly detailed and forward thinking Self-starter, always taking initiative Mature, dependable, and results oriented High Integrity Available Mon - Sat (with choice of Mon, Wed, or Thur off) Schedule:
