NATURE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED:
The Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority is currently seeking experienced and qualified individuals for the position of Administrative Aide.
Under general supervision the Administrative Aide coordinates activities in support of the Operations and Maintenance Department, including assisting in the implementation, and administration of programs, policies, and procedures.
Provides support to Agency personnel and performs a variety of administrative, technical, and analytical tasks.
This position reports to the Director of Operations and Maintenance.
Minimum Education/
Experience:
Employee must possess at the minimum a High School Diploma or GED, an Associate's degree is preferred but not required.
Five (5) years of administrative experience.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
