ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for program enrollment and completion.
Maintain client and program records Accept and record payments, reconcile cash drawer Greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments Responds to inquiries in a cordial and professional manner Performs client data operations Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned Prepares reports and correspondence QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Minimum two years office experience; Knowledge of commonly accepted office practices Minimum two years customer service Ability to work independently, problem solve and effectively collaborate with a team Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, word, excel, internet searches Excellent organizational and time management skills' ' Work Location:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
