The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the buying and delivery process of goods or services and the placement and delivery of purchase orders and overseeing the facilities function.
This is a very high profile and responsible role within an organization, requiring someone who is extremely organized and can cope well under pressure.
Excellent problem solving skills and analytics as well as the ability to be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.

) Strong organizational skills to organize work, maintain supply levels Ability to work across groups Experience identifying issues, investigating, developing solutions, implementing the change and monitoring results Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working across multiple lines of business Medical Terminology Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to participate as a member of a team; reliable and punctual RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The Supply Chain Coordinator manages the buying and delivery process of goods or services on behalf of the company for delivery to a variety of locations.
Negotiates rates with carriers ensuring the best possible rates in line with the company's buying policy.
Coordinates all inbound and outbound traffic, maximizing cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments.
Works closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure the best supply chain solutions are achieved.
Client facing and effectively develops and maintains good client relationships delivering the very best in customer service.
Follows all ISO and health and safety compliances, including the supervision of staff in this respect.
Prepares management reports as well as analyzes statistical.
Maintains supply levels within budget and best product/price is always a consideration.
Oversees the work orders and processes them for the Facilities Technician to accomplish.
Diligently seeks new methods and facilitates implementation with the team for better solutions.
Is a champion of quality and service.
Is adaptable to change, modeling how to adopt change with agility and prepare others.
Participates effectively in active listening, follow directions, collaborates, is diplomatic, dependable, motivated, reliable, self-directed and works well as a team member and under pressure.
Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
