Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL Administrative Assistant/Collections Specialist We are looking for that special employee that can handle both administrative responsibilities as well as collections duties.
While working as an administrative assistant, the employee would manage our company's general administrative activities, provide support to managers and employees and handle daily office needs.
As a collections specialist, the employee will be contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments.
The successful employee would know how to balance the maintenance of a trustful client/company relationship while still collecting timely payments.
Responsibilities:
? Answer and direct phone calls ? Write and distribute emails and other correspondence ? Maintain filing system and assist with billing as needed ? Track and order supplies as requested ? Monitor client accounts to identify outstanding debt ? Investigate historical data for each debt ? Find and contact clients regarding outstanding debt ? Process refunds and reimbursements ? Update account status records and collections activities ? Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status Requirements:
? Must be Spanish bilingual - required ? Three to five years of collections experience ? Familiarity with laws relating to debt collection (e.
g.
FDCPA) ? Previous clerical and administrative experience ? Proficient in the use of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook ? Strong organizational skills and capable of prioritizing tasks ? Patience and ability to manage stress ? Comfortable working alone with little to no direction Salary:
